Overview
At Theo Amp, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return and receive a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted if the item is:
- Defective, damaged, or not as ordered
- Unused and in original packaging
- Reported within the 7-day return period
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item, if applicable
We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued in cash only
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
- Cash refunds follow the same method used in the original Cash on Delivery (COD) order
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used items or items not returned in original condition
- Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Final-sale or customized items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Eligible products may be returned for a refund, and a new order can be placed separately.
