Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted if the item is:

  • Defective, damaged, or not as ordered
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Reported within the 7-day return period

How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item, if applicable

We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued in cash only
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Cash refunds follow the same method used in the original Cash on Delivery (COD) order

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used items or items not returned in original condition
  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Final-sale or customized items

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Eligible products may be returned for a refund, and a new order can be placed separately.
